Julie Garcia
My name is Julie Garcia and I am the Business Manager at St. Boniface Church.
I was born in Inglewood and raised in Orange County. I have 4 brothers and 4 sisters; my parents live here in Anaheim. I have 2 children, Johnny and Janet.
I love my job very much and love working with all the people that I have learned to love and respect here at St. Boniface.
I first came to St. Boniface as a parishioner since 1980. I enrolled my son into Kindergarten in the parish school in 1985 and my daughter in 1989. I joined her in kindergarten as the kindergarten teacher’s aide. I worked in the classroom for 2 years then got promoted to school secretary and enjoyed that position for 5 years.
After 2 years away prospecting other avenues I returned to St. Boniface Church as Business Manager’s Assistant for 6 months then again was promoted to Business Manager. I have held this position now for 10 years.
My years at St. Boniface have been the happiest working years of my life. I see my job as a ministry with many challenges and a fulfillment that only God can provide.
