According to the guideline of the Diocese of Orange, Confirmation Preparation Process includes:

A two-year parish preparation for High School Teens, including participation of both Parents and Sponsors.

​Goals of the Youth Faith Formation Process
-
To guide young people in the call to holiness by developing a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, by meeting Him in the Scriptures, in the life and teachings of the Catholic Church, and their prayer lives.
-
To nurture a desire in young people for an understanding of active participation in the Church's sacramental life.
-
To form “missionary disciples” who respond to the call of holiness and evangelization concretely in their daily lives.
-
To be experienced in using the Catechism of the Catholic Church and the Bible.​​
Retreat is a requirement for all teens.

​Metas del Proceso de Formación

Guiar a los jóvenes en el llamado a la santidad, desarrollando una relación personal con Jesucristo, encontrándolo en las Escrituras, en la vida y enseñanzas de la Iglesia Católica, y en sus vidas de oración.

Alimentar en los adolescentes el deseo de comprender la participación activa en la vida sacramental de la Iglesia.
-
Formar "discípulos misioneros" que respondan concretamente a la llamada de la santidad y la evangelización en su vida cotidiana.

Tener experiencia en el uso del Catecismo de la Iglesia Católica y de la Biblia.
